You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. Any activity conducted through your Account is your sole responsibility.
erek04 operates under strict regulatory compliance and anti-fraud protocols. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification cards (KTP), proof of address (utility bills, bank statements), and source of funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Creating multiple Accounts, using false identities, or registering under another person's name is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of Funds. You may not transfer, sell, or share your Account with any third party.
erek04 supports deposits through major Indonesian banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon, as well as e-wallet services such as OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits must originate from an account registered in your legal name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned to the source.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, typically ranging from Rp 25,000 to Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits are established based on payment provider restrictions and your Account verification level. We reserve the right to impose additional deposit limits at our discretion for security or regulatory compliance purposes.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to verification of your identity and compliance with our anti-money laundering policies. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method and account used for deposits, unless otherwise approved by our compliance team. Standard processing time for withdrawals is typically under 2 hours during banking hours, though delays may occur due to banking system maintenance, security reviews, or document verification requirements.
Before requesting a withdrawal, you must meet any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonuses or promotional funds. Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount before converting it to withdrawable cash. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus with 20x wagering requires Rp 2,000,000 in total wagers.
We reserve the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if we determine that bonus terms have been violated, multiple Accounts have been used to claim promotional offers, or fraudulent activity has occurred. Maximum bet limits may apply when wagering with bonus funds. Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise.
All bets placed on the Platform are final and cannot be canceled or modified once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bets before confirmation. In the event of technical errors, system malfunctions, or obvious pricing mistakes, we reserve the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
Sports betting markets are subject to official results as determined by the relevant governing body. Settlement is based on the result at the end of regular time unless otherwise specified. If a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or canceled, bets will be voided unless the event is rescheduled and completed within a reasonable timeframe as defined in our sports betting rules.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without our express written permission.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Jakarta, Indonesia, conducted in accordance with Indonesian arbitration procedures. You agree to waive any right to participate in class action proceedings.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of the Platform. Upon termination, you forfeit all rights to use the Services, and we may retain any Funds in your Account to cover outstanding obligations, chargebacks, or penalties. If your Account is closed in good standing, remaining funds will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to verification procedures.
By creating an Account, you consent to receive communications from erek04 via email, SMS, push notifications, and in-platform messaging. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time, but you cannot opt out of essential service-related notifications.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
